A Few Tips On Staying Healthy!
Get plenty of rest. For most people 7-8 hours a day is needed.
Eat a healthy diet, full of veggies and fruits and protein to meet your needs.
Handle your stresses before they handle you. (People are more susceptible to sickness when they are stressed).
Include exercise, it circulates the blood and moves waste products.
Consume plenty of water, at least 80 ounces a day. Water is the life blood of the body. Only air is more important.
Take a multi-vitamin, extra Vitamin C and Seasonal Rescue as needed.
Always wash your hands.
Limit your exposure to germs.
Avoid “over exposure” to extreme cold or heat.
Don’t eat junk food.
Avoid over taxing yourself.
Don’t consume alcohol.
Don’t take drugs unless your doctors gives you a prescription for them.
Don’t ignore what your body is telling you. Eat when you are hungry, sleep when you need it, and drink water not soda or “other” drinks.
How to use Seasonal Rescue:
When you feel that you are not at your best.
Take 2-5 of Seasonal Rescue up to 4 times a day. If your physician or health care professional indicates that you should take another dosage, follow those instructions.
