Spruce – Essential Oil
Spruce has a sweet, fresh and uplifting aroma. Inhaled, it is suggested for exhaustion and fatigue. Due to its anti-fungal properties, it may be good for candida and it is used in formulations meant for muscle aches and pains. It is also often used in household cleaning products as well as room sprays and deodorants.

Cautions: Never use essential oils undiluted or in eyes or mucus membranes. Do not take internally unless working with a qualified and expert practitioner. Keep away from children and pets. If applying an essential oil to the skin, always dilute and perform a small patch test to an insensitive part of the body.
