Spicy Curry Dressing

yield: 1 cup

1/2 cup flax oil
1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoons grated fresh ginger
1 tablespoon ground cumin
2 teaspoons curry powder
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon ground coriander
1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom
1/2 teaspoon Celtic salt
Pinch cayenne

Combine all ingredients in a jar. Seal tightly and shake well.
