Tomato Soup
Yields: 2-4 servings.
4 ripe tomatoes
2 carrots
1 ripe avocado
1 cucumber
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
1 Tbls. fresh lemon juice
1 tsp. Celtic salt
Fresh ground pepper
Combine all the ingredients in a blender and process until smooth and creamy.
